SHIFT PRODUCTION ASSEMBLY & PAINT LINE

As a Production Assembly & Paint Line Operator , you will rotate working in both departments manufacturing scaffolding products used in the equipment rental, building and construction industries. Major Functions:
Handling, positioning, and placing components or sub-assemblies according to safety rules and available means (crane, slings, hand and power tools, etc.) Assembling components according to assembly processes Performing visual assessments of work (compliance of the various assemblies, components, labeling, designs, etc.) Verifying the assembly/disassembly (appearance, parallelism, play, retention, operation, etc.) and correcting minor deviations (cleaning threads, cleaning bores) Maintaining production tools in good condition (wrenches, torque wrenches, screw drivers, etc.) Communicating regularly and effectively with his/her manager, supervisor, and/or team leader May assist with the training of new employees Will be proactive in reducing the impact of or resolving problems Other related duties as assigned Supports the company's ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 management systems by adhering to policies, procedures, and practices that contribute to maintaining certification and continual improvement. Experience and Education:
Able to read blueprints and work orders in English Able to work closely with team members in an assembly line/work cell environment and also independently Must be able to learn all positions within the work cell Must be PC literate and able to use hand-held scanner Must be reliable, have a strong work ethic, and good attendance Must have your own reliable transportation Must be able to lift 50 lbs. consistently without any restrictions Compensation:
$17.00 Hours:
