PM Position Summary:
Machine Operator II will have various tasks and responsibilities including: Machine setup, tooling changes and changeovers Machine troubleshooting and problem-solving Ability to use computers Able to read blueprint or markers Enter program data Responsible for quality Accurate use of complex measurement toolsLocation Specific Details:
Archbold:
3 Axis CNC- Max N, Shoda 2 & 3, Komo, Northwood Panel Saw, Miters, Flat Press & Planer Bacci, Cemco & Grecon Small parts &
Double End Back & Seat Sander Chase City:
Able to assemble component parts Willingness to be trained in specialty shop processes and machine usageStryker:

Must be detail-oriented. Regular lifting and maneuvering and positioning of product up to 50 lbs. Requires full shift of standing, walking, bending and lifting Able to read, write and follow instructions, both written and verbal Able to use handheld power tools with accuracy and precision Able to assist in training employees 5-S audits and daily cleaning Ensures a safe working environment by conforming to all safety guidelines including, but not limited to, wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE)Experience and Knowledge Required:
High school diploma or GED preferred Previous Manufacturing Experience preferredKey Attributes Required:
