ABOUT THE POSITION

Have an interest in mechanics? Looking to learn something new and challenging? Not afraid to get your hands a little dirty? Iten Industries is looking for a self-motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a Treater Operator on 1st shift. If you have a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and are punctual and reliable, Iten wants you to become part of the team!

The ideal candidate will have:

Ability to perform basic math and measurements; Solid computer skills; Excellent communication, organizational, and multi-tasking skills to communicate effectively; Ability to carry out detailed written or oral instructions and to deal with problems involving a few variables in standardized situations; Experience working in fast pace, high change environment, with limited supervision; Willingness to learn; on-site training provided; Ability to lift 50-100 pounds and not be afraid to get dirty. Must be able to train on 1stshift for 2-3 weeks before moving to 2nd shift High school diploma or equivalent. Abide by Iten's Code of Conduct. Other duties as may be assigned. Will be working with Fiberglass Attendance, reliability and ability to pass a drug screen and background check are a must!
