Full Job Description Extruder Operators:
Our client, a well established manufacturing facility located in Brunswick, is seeking reliable and hardworking Extruder Operators to join their growing team. These roles are essential to supporting daily production operations and ensuring a safe, efficient, and high quality workflow. Candidates will be part of a team that values consistency, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.
Shift:
Mon-Thurs 5am-3pm
Pay:
$19 an hour
Key Responsibilities:
Operate extrusion and milling equipment according to established procedures Monitor machinery, perform basic adjustments, and ensure consistent product quality Assist with material handling and general production tasks as needed Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area Work effectively as part of a team to meet daily production goals
Minimum Requirements:
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn Prior experience operating Extruders and Mills is a plus but not a requirement Comfortable with wearing a carbon filter mask when required Ability to work in a fast paced production environment Dependable attendance and a positive attitude Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as needed Commitment to following all safety procedures
