$20-23.50 Position Summary Seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our production team. This role is responsible for operating machinery, ensuring product quality, and maintaining efficient production flow in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. •No BUTTON pushers!• Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor production machinery safely and efficiently Set up machines according to production specifications and work orders Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met Perform basic troubleshooting and minor adjustments to equipment Maintain accurate production records and documentation Follow all safety procedures, policies, and guidelines Assist with material handling, including loading/unloading products Communicate with supervisors and team members regarding production issues Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred 3+ year of machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred Ability to read and understand work instructions and production documents Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and quality Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods of time Ability to lift up to 40-50 lbs as needed Ability to bend, twist, and perform repetitive motions #IND2
