Machine Operator (2nd Shift, Entry-Level)

We are now offering employment for an entry-level second shift Machine Operator to join our Machine Shop team in Cincinnati. As a member of a small machine shop, you'll have an opportunity to learn the machining trade in a highly collaborative, team-oriented atmosphere. This position offers excellent growth potential, with opportunities to progress directly into Machining roles or other positions throughout Production.

Specific Responsibilities:

Operates conventional CNC and manual machine tools. Reviews drawings, instructions, blueprints or samples to ensure accurate production. Takes precise measurements to ensure quality requirements. Monitors production, adjusting feed and other settings as necessary. Maintains a safe and clean workstation. Performs associated tasks (parts cleaning, minor assembly, deburring).

Required Qualifications:

Able to lift and carry <50 pounds. Self-motivated and able to work well on a team. Experience in warehouse environment (preferred). Working hours for this position will be from 3:30pm to 2:00am, Monday-Thursday.
