Full Job Description Machine Operator Pay:
$20.00-$23.00 per hour
Schedule:
1st, 2nd, and 3rd
Shifts Available Job Summary:
We are seeking reliable and motivated Machine Operators to join our production team. The Machine Operator will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining manufacturing equipment to ensure efficient production while meeting quality and safety standards. Responsibilities Set up and operate production machinery according to specifications. Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed. Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met. Load raw materials and remove finished products from machines. Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of equipment. Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report major problems to supervisors. Complete production reports and maintain accurate records. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Qualifications Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred but not required. Ability to read and follow work instructions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift. Dependable attendance and strong work ethic. Willingness to work overtime as needed. #IND2
