Job Description

Machine Operator - ALL
SHIFTS AVAILABLE!
! Pay up to $18!
Overview:
We are seeking reliable and motivated Machine Operators for our manufacturing client in the rubber and chemical industry. This role involves working on various production lines to ensure quality and efficiency in product output. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, good communication skills, and the ability to follow detailed instructions.
Key Responsibilities:
Machine Operation:
Will be operating bagging machines and handle adjustments, run times and troubleshooting as needed
Production Line Work:
Will be lifting 50 lbs bags and stacking them onto pallets as needed
Quality Control:
Monitor product quality and ensure it meets company standards.
Support Tasks:
Perform general maintenance and cleanup tasks when lines are not running.
PPE & Safety Compliance:
Must wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including a bunny suit provided by the company. Maintain compliance with all safety protocols, including changing clothes and rinsing off post-shift to avoid skin irritations.
Job Requirements:
Orientation & Preparation:
Candidates will attend a mandatory one-hour orientation before starting. During orientation, be prepared to discuss: An understanding of the company's products and operations (e.g., converting chemicals into rubber materials and packaging them for distribution). Awareness of shift hours, job responsibilities, and prior related work experience.
Steel Toe Boots Required:
Must have steel toe boots on Day 1, or you will not be permitted to work.
Attendance Policy:
Employees receive 24 attendance points annually. 1 point will be docked for tardiness, and 2 points for a missed shift. Use the designated call-off number provided to report absences before your shift. Failure to do so may result in termination.
Breaks:
Two 10-minute paid breaks and a 30-minute unpaid lunch per shift.
Overtime:
Mandatory Saturday overtime may be required up to 2-3 Saturdays per month. Only apply if willing and available for this commitment.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Prior machine operation experience Mechanical/technical aptitude and understanding of machinery Strong communication skills and the ability to understand and execute detailed instructions. Eagerness to meet job expectations and maintain high attendance standards. Able to handle powder and chemical exposure with proper PPE.
