JOB DESCRIPTION
Looking for a Mixing Operator to assist with the production of silicone industrial sealants. Duties will include responsibilities such as weighing/measuring powders, following batch instructions, & overseeing machine operation. Ability to make machine adjustments and troubleshooting will be required. Seeking candidates with good attention to detail, with prior mixing or machine operating experience preferred!
THIS CAN BE A DIRTY POSITION
. Heavy lifting, up to 50 lbs, may be required at times. Great long term opportunity! Seeking candidates who want to grow and establish a career with a small company! Plenty of opportunity for advancement and growth!
MORNING SHIFT

PM, Thursdays Starting Pay:
$22 per hour, Paid Weekly Pay increases available as training progresses, up to $30+ for upper tier operators!
Requirements and Responsibilities:
  • Must have prior work history in Manufacturing / Production
  • Weigh and mix materials for industrial sealant production Oversee machine operation Follow detailed batch instructions Move raw materials and finished product
