What You'll Do As a Production Technician Team Lead , you'll support daily production operations and help your team meet production goals while ensuring compliance with cGMP and safety standards. Under the direction of the Supervisor, you'll lead by example, fostering teamwork, precision, and accountability on every shift.
Your day will include:
Directing and supporting packaging technicians to meet daily production requirements Monitoring attendance and performance, providing feedback, and assisting with progressive discipline as needed Ensuring proper product flow and verification of labeling for finished goods Cross-training new and existing employees to promote skill development and consistency Maintaining compliance with OSHA and cGMP standards and reporting any safety concerns promptly Collaborating with your Supervisor to optimize production line balance and product throughput Maintaining adequate materials and supplies in your area Occasionally operating packaging equipment to support production goals Qualifications What You Bring High School Diploma or GED required Previous experience in pharmaceutical packaging, pharmacy, or healthcare preferred Certified or Nationally Registered Pharmacy Technician a plus Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Working knowledge of PC Windows and mechanical packaging equipment Positive attitude, reliability, and a focus on teamwork How You'll Succeed At Safecor Health At Safecor Health, our values guide everything we do: Care
