Machine Operators play a key role in ensuring high-quality products are manufactured efficiently and safely. This position involves working on the production line, monitoring equipment, maintaining cleanliness, and following quality standards. Operate and monitor production equipment

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met Maintain a clean and safe work environment Follow all safety procedures and company policies Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors Assist with general production tasks as needed

Skills and Experience:

Proven job tenure and a strong work history Basic understanding of machine operation preferred Ability to work quickly and stay focused in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills for data entry Dependable with good communication skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to stand and move throughout the entire shift Comfortable working around machinery and in a production environment Manufacturing/production setting Exposure to moving mechanical parts and moderate noise levels Required use of safety equipment Excellent attendance and punctuality Strong work ethic and reliability Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality Willingness to learn and take on new tasks
