Machine Operator Lyneer Staffing Solutions - 3.3 Columbus, OH Job Details Full-time $19 - $20 an hour 17 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Qualifications High school diploma or GED Full Job Description Our client is currently seeking or in need of a Machine Operator (Grinder) in Columbus, Ohio . The Machine Operator will help support recycling operations by collecting plastic scrap, feeding material into grinding equipment, and keeping the work area clean and organized. Candidates should be ready to work a consistent schedule, stay active throughout the shift, and start as soon as possible.
The Day-to-Day:
Walk production lines to collect plastic scrap and leftover materials. Feed plastic scrap into the recycling/grinding machine. Operate and monitor grinding equipment during the assigned shift. Troubleshoot minor machine issues when needed. Notify maintenance if equipment breaks down or requires repair. Organize scrap and materials to support smooth production flow.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous machine operation, production, recycling, or warehouse experience preferred. Comfortable operating production or recycling machinery. Mechanically inclined candidates are strongly preferred. Spanish-speaking ability is preferred. Must be able to start ASAP.
Pay Rate:
$19.00 to $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
Monday to Friday (Overtime on Saturdays mandatory) 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM or 10:00 PM to 6:30
AM Pay:
$19.00 - $20.00 per hour
