No experience is required, but good attendance and a conscientious, detail oriented attitude is a must. This is a trainee level position. You will be assigned tasks in all areas of operation in our facility. One day you might be changing parts in a cnc machine, the next you could be working in shipping and the day after that you could be cleaning bathrooms. As your skills increase, so will your time operating machinery. Your pay will also increase along with your skills. Delphos Machine & Tool, Inc. has been in business for 95 years and is currently under management by the fourth generation of the same family.
