background a MUST We are seeking a dependable Rotational Molding Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for operating rotational molding equipment, monitoring production quality, and ensuring products meet company standards. Responsibilities Operate and monitor rotational molding machines Load materials and remove finished products from molds Inspect parts for quality and defects Trim, clean, and prepare finished products as needed Maintain a safe and clean work environment Follow production schedules and work instructions Qualifications Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Strong attention to detail and safety Reliable attendance and teamwork skills Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
