- 10hr shift pattern !
- Wednesday night. Enjoy three-days off every week with our 4-10 work pattern! You will be a key part of keeping our plant running smoothly by bagging our product as fast as we make it! Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor machinery.
- Perform tool-less changeovers and routine adjustments on machines as needed to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct regular inspections of machinery to identify any issues or maintenance needs.
- Collaborate with managers and maintenance to troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and implement solutions.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols.
- Document production data carefully and accurately for quality assurance purposes. Skills/Experience Required
- Experience as a machine operator , preferably packaging machines and preferably in the food or animal feed industry.
- Experience maintaining quality standards and accurately documenting batch numbers, labels, etc.
- Most important for this role is having problem-solving skills with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with maintenance and management effectively, as we are a small, hands-on factory .
