Based in Fremont, Ohio, our organization specializes in decorating aluminum cans for small and mid-sized beverage brands nationwide. We value accountability, collaboration, transparency, and operational excellence, offering a dynamic, hands-on environment where attention to detail and adaptability are essential. In this role, you will support the Lead Digital Print Operator in ensuring smooth production and top-quality products. Your responsibilities include monitoring print quality, assisting with equipment operation and troubleshooting, and safely managing materials using a forklift.
Required Skills:
Minimum two years' manufacturing or industrial experience Mechanical aptitude and understanding of equipment operation and maintenance Forklift operation experience; current certification preferred Strong attention to detail, dependability, and team collaboration Willingness to learn and adapt to diverse tasks Nice to
Have Skills:
Previous experience with digital printing or can decorating processes Basic mechanical repair skills
Preferred Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent Relevant manufacturing or industrial background
Other Requirements:
