NOW HIRING 3RD SHIFT OPERATORS 11PM-7AM

$14.00/HR  The Production Operator would ensure the safe and efficient operation of designated Plastics Injection Mold Machinery while producing finished product in accordance with quality standards.

This position encompasses the following:

Role and Responsibilities Required to operate assigned plastic injection/blow mold machinery Will be required to read and understand documents. Keep Supervisor informed of press operations Lift/stack parts according to customer requirements Responsible for verifying the accuracy of all completed work. Monitor part quality - responsible for bringing any quality issues to their supervisor. Clean machinery and area around machines as assigned. Perform other duties as assigned. Expectations Ability to stand 8 or more hours continuously Ability to bend and stoop frequently for 8 or more hours The plant environment may be warm to hot due to the machinery. The plant is air conditioned, but temperatures may vary. Able to deal with chemical smells on occasion. The plant does have an exhaust evacuation system to help limit the smell. Detail oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy. Must be able to keep up with machine cycle, which can range from 40 seconds to 120 seconds. Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. Must be able to learn and apply knowledge in a fast-paced environment. Capable of repetitious work. Must understand and comply with company rules and safety regulations. Qualifications Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operation standards, and check sheets. Must be able to work well with others in a "team" environment. Able to work in a fast-paced environment. Good hand and eye coordination. Ability to work independently with little or no supervision.
