Job Description

Job Description:
Operates one of more of the following machines: fin press, fin power, brake, vertical/horizontal expander, overhead crane, hairpin machine, pemset, riveting, spot weld, gasket machine, and paint system. May be required to do other reasonable manufacturing duties as assigned.
Special Requirements:
Hands may get dry and/or wet from using evaporative oil, some unassisted heavy lifting up to 50 lbs. Pushing, pulling, squatting, stooping, and bending is required.
Hand Tools Used:
Basic mechanics' tool set, ratchets, wrenches, air tools, pliers, hammers, adjustable wrenches, screwdrivers, and channel locks. Must be able to read a tape measure, manual and digital calipers. Must be able to check parts with a tape measure and calipers. Must be able to perform 2 and 3 decimal calculations.
Machines and Equipment Involved:
Fin press, fin power, brake, expander, overhead crane, hairpin machine, paint system, hairpin, EBE bender, P4 bender and PIV's.
