Job Description
Job Overview As a Packaging Associate, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing process—working to assemble, package, and inspect finished products. This role requires strong attention to detail, teamwork, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and productive work environment. Key Responsibilities Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to perform packaging tasks accurately and safely Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure a safe working environment Inspect products and materials to ensure they meet company quality and quantity standards Comply with company work rules, policies, and performance standards Demonstrate consistent productivity and the ability to meet production goals Work collaboratively with team members and display strong work ethics Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely and efficiently Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by supervisors Requirements & Qualifications Previous experience in packaging, assembly, or manufacturing preferred Strong understanding of packaging and production processes Familiarity with FDA regulations and CGMP standards (preferred) Basic mechanical skills and proficiency with hand tools Experience operating forklifts or working in a warehouse environment a plus Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety Why Join Us?
