Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Machine Operator and become a vital part of producing high-quality products efficiently and safely. In this role, you will operate a variety of machinery, including CNC machines, stamping presses, ensuring precision and adherence to safety standards. Your expertise will help drive productivity, maintain quality, and support continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about machining, fabrication, and manufacturing processes to develop their skills and contribute to innovative production solutions. Responsibilities Set up, operate, and monitor various manufacturing equipment such as CNC milling machines, stamping presses, to produce parts according to specifications. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and other specifications to ensure accurate fabrication. Perform routine maintenance on machines, including calibration with precision measuring instruments like calipers and micrometers. Handle materials safely using forklifts and other materials handling equipment while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Conduct quality control checks throughout the production process using precision tools to ensure parts meet strict standards. Collaborate with team members on assembly line tasks, fabrication projects, tooling setups, and packaging operations to meet production goals efficiently. Requirements Proven factory experience working with manufacturing equipment such as CNC milling machines, stamping presses. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately. Ability to operate forklifts safely; forklift certification is preferred. Experience with quality measurement tools including calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments. Basic math skills for calculations related to machining tolerances and material measurements. Knowledge of safety protocols in a manufacturing facility; experience with welding or fabrication is a plus. Strong work ethic with excellent attention to detail; capable of working on an assembly line or in materials handling roles.
