Competitive Pay + $2 Shift Differential Weekend Shift Friday
- Sunday 6:00 AM
- 6:00 PM Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Set up and operate machine shop equipment Manufacture precision components to required tolerances Select appropriate cutting tools and materials Adjust machine settings including speeds, feeds, and depth of cut Inspect finished parts using precision measuring equipment Accurately document production and quality data Requirements High School Diploma or GED At least 1 year of hands-on machine shop experience Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement Preferred Qualifications Technical certification or vocational training in Machining Technology Experience with Surface Grinding and O.
D. Grinding Advanced blueprint reading skills Physical Requirements Stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift Lift up to 50 pounds Strong visual abilities including close vision, depth perception, and attention to detail Why Consider This Opportunity? ?
