Job Description

Job Description Shift:
1st and 2nd shift, working 12 hour shifts. As a Machine Operator, you will be the operator of our label production line. You will lead the setup and operation of precision machinery, ensuring we meet vital deadlines with a "zero-defect" mindset. We are looking for a teammate who is curious about how things work and takes personal accountability for quality and performance.
What You'll Do Operate & Own:
Efficiently run label machines to meet daily production schedules while minimizing raw material waste.
Technical Troubleshooting:
Use your mechanical aptitude to monitor instruments, maintain dies, and find root-cause solutions to equipment malfunctions.
Digital Accuracy:
Utilize ERP systems and logs to track time, materials (FIFO inventory), and quality control data.
Team Support:
Collaborate across departments, performing distribution functions as needed to ensure site success.
Safety First:
Maintain a clean, organized workspace and strictly follow all safety protocols and PPE requirements.
Pay:
$18.00 - $19.00 per hour
