The RoleYou will operate state-of-the-art plastic extrusion equipment to produce high-quality specialty films. Working in a collaborative environment, you'll monitor production quality, troubleshoot equipment issues, and participate in our comprehensive training program while contributing to sustainable packaging solutions that make a real difference.

Schedule:

Work only 15 days per month with our unique rotating 3-4 day schedule

B Night Shift:

7:00pm - 7:00am (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday + alternating Saturdays)

D Night Shift:

7:00pm - 7:00am (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday + alternating Saturdays)What You'll DoOperate and monitor plastic extrusion production linesSet up machines according to work order specificationsInspect products for quality compliance and manage scrap processesPerform routine maintenance and housekeeping tasksWork safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentCollaborate with team members during shift changeovers

What Youll BringEssential Qualifications:

Ability to work 12-hour shifts and lift up to 65 poundsBasic mechanical aptitude and comfort with measuring toolsStrong communication skills and positive attitudeWillingness to learn and adapt in a technical environmentAbility to pass pre-employment drug screening

Preferred Qualifications:

2-5 years of plastic extrusion experienceBasic computer knowledgePrevious manufacturing experience

Compensation & Benefits Starting Salary:

Wages ranging from $18.00 - $21.00 per hour, dependent on experience.

Additional $2.50 per hour night shift differential.
