At Caron Scientific, we're seeking dedicated Production Assemblers to help build crucial laboratory equipment that make a difference. You'll be performing a variety of assembly operations on product components and sub-assemblies, ensuring the highest quality within set timeframes while contributing to continuous improvement on the production floor.

Responsibilities:

Assemble parts and components to produce finished products according to company's specifications Perform quality checks on assembled products to ensure they meet the required specifications Use power and hand tools to perform assembly tasks Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all company protocols and safety procedures Read and interpret technical documents, blueprints and product manuals to understand assembly instructions Troubleshoot assembly issues and report any major defects or issues to the supervisor Monitor and replenish inventory of necessary assembly materials and parts Test assembled products to ensure functionality and performance Participate in team meetings and trainings to enhance skills and maintain knowledge of company procedures and products 2+ years experience working in a manufacturing environment Experience working in a fast-paced environment and ability to recognize problems, collaborate internally, and take owner ship to drive positive change Self starter and commitment to being a strong team player who is also comfortable with ambiguity Strong written and verbal communication skills with internal and external stakeholders Ability to stay organized and prioritize workload Proficiency in Microsoft Suite of products Attention to details, especially with documentation Physically able to lift and move product weighing 50lbs+
