We are seeking dedicated individuals for our 1st Shift position from 6 AM to 2:30 PM. This is an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with comprehensive benefits and career growth potential. Responsibilities Perform repetitive machine operations such as cutting, shaping, deburring, forming, drilling, reaming, and smoothing parts. Align and fasten parts using standard fixtures following established methods. Visually inspect parts for burrs and damaged machine surfaces. Remove burrs, sharp edges, tool marks, cracks, or other irregularities from machined parts. Inspect parts for conformance to specifications using visual examination and measuring instruments. Accurately and regularly perform Statistical Process Control (SPC) requirements. Observe all prescribed safety rules and maintain a clean and orderly work area. Read analog/digital MICS, comparators, and profilometers. Perform other related responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Manual machining experience required. Minimum 1-2 years of general or related machine shop experience or demonstrated ability to perform described responsibilities. Manual dexterity is a must. Ability to read and understand blueprints. Working knowledge of machine shop mathematics. Effective English verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to work effectively with others and be a participative team player. Interview Details If selected, you will be invited to an interview. Please note that this is not an open interview to the public. Interviews are held on Thursday from 9 AM to 12 PM. Check-in is from 9:00 to 9:30 AM, followed by a facility tour from 9:30 to 10:00 AM, and the interview from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Please arrive no earlier than 9 AM. During check-in, you will need to complete a shortened application with a signature and a simple 5-10 minute assessment. Dress code is business casual with safety or closed-toe shoes.
