Why You'll Love This Opportunity ✅ Direct Hire Position ✅ Stable Aerospace Industry with Long-Term Growth ✅ First Shift Schedule - Work-Life Balance ✅ Excellent Benefits & Retirement Programs ✅ Career Development & Tuition Reimbursement ✅ Opportunity to Work on Critical Aerospace Components Key Responsibilities Perform manual machining support operations including cutting, shaping, drilling, reaming, forming, deburring, and finishing aerospace components Remove burrs, sharp edges, tool marks, and surface imperfections while ensuring product quality and workmanship standards Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions Conduct visual and dimensional inspections using precision measuring equipment Utilize calipers, micrometers, gauges, comparators, and other inspection tools to verify part conformance Support Statistical Process Control (SPC) activities and quality documentation requirements Identify manufacturing defects, non-conformances, and quality concerns Maintain compliance with safety procedures, quality standards, and manufacturing requirements Required Qualifications Education High School Diploma or GED required Candidates must provide proof of education prior to employment consideration if required by company policy. (Yes/No) Have you performed hand deburring to remove burrs, sharp edges, tool marks, or machining imperfections from precision components? (Yes/No) Are you proficient with deburring tools such as files, deburring knives, abrasive pads, rotary tools, or similar finishing equipment? (Yes/No) Have you performed surface finishing, edge finishing, or cosmetic finishing to meet drawing and quality requirements? (Yes/No) Do you possess working knowledge of machine shop mathematics including fractions, decimals, measurements, conversions, and tolerance calculations?
