Job Description:

Key Duties and Responsibilities Assemble parts according to print drawings and work instructions. Insert completed assemblies into plastic containers. Perform self and peer quality inspections throughout the assembly process. Immediately report safety concerns or quality issues to the Cell Lead, Set-Up Technician, or Supervisor. Rotate between different work cells and machines as needed during the shift. Verify correct parts and materials against work orders prior to assembly. Calculate cycle time (takt time) to support production requirements. Safely and effectively use basic hand tools, including: Rivet gun Handheld sonic welder Hot air welder Glue gun and glue line Manual hot wire bender Develop operational knowledge of additional equipment, including: Baler Drill press Band saw Successfully complete required training, including: Print Drawing Training Tape Measure Training 17-21 Day Training Program Accurately complete all required paperwork related to assigned tasks. Follow all safety procedures and use required personal protective equipment (PPE) in accordance with Standardized Work (STW) documentation. Actively participate in Continuous Improvement (CI), 5S, and STW initiatives. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Required:
Ability to read print drawings and use a tape measure accurately Willingness to work in a manufacturing/production environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality Minimum of 6 months of experience in assembly manufacturing and/or as a machine operator Shift Hours 6:30a-3:00p
