Free Onsite Parking Job Overview We are hiring a Technical Specialist / Inserter Machine Operator to support high-volume production operations in a warehouse environment. This is a hands-on role operating and assisting with high-speed inserter and production equipment. Candidates must be comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the entire shift. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with warehouse, machine operating, manufacturing, printing, or production experience. Training will be provided for qualified applicants. Key Responsibilities
  • Operate high-speed inserter and production machines
  • Load materials and unload completed trays/products
  • Clear machine jams and assist with basic troubleshooting
  • Maintain machine performance and production workflow
  • Perform quality checks to ensure accurate production output
  • Follow production instructions and meet daily deadlines
  • Maintain clean and organized work area
  • Support mailroom, fulfillment, bindery, and production tasks as needed
  • Accurately complete production and reporting documentation
  • Follow all warehouse safety and attendance policies Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of related warehouse, manufacturing, production, or machine operating experience preferred
  • Roll-fed printing or production equipment experience is a plus
  • Must be able to stand and walk for the entire shift
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs without assistance
  • Comfortable working in a warehouse production environment
  • Basic computer skills required
  • Strong communication skills in English (read, write, and speak)
  • Good attendance, stable work history, and strong work ethic required
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Education verification required during background process Important Notes
  • This is a true warehouse/production role
  • No cell phones permitted on the production floor
  • Business casual dress code
  • No COVID vaccine required for contingent workers; however, candidates must be open to vaccination if converted permanently
