Middlefield, OH | Temp-to-hire opportunity with long-term growth potential Job Description As an Extrusion Helper, you will assist the Extrusion Operator with job setup, raw materials, inspection, and packaging of rubber products.

Responsibilities:

Assist with setup and tear down of extruder Verify raw materials and feed rubber into extruder Package finished parts per work ticket instructions Assemble boxes and maintain a clean work area Follow safety and company policies

Qualifications and Requirements:

Ability to follow directions and work independently Experience with calipers is a plus Team-oriented with good communication skills Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings
