Pullover Operator - 1st Shift (5a - 3:30p)

Job Responsibilities:

Work with new modern equipment to ensure materials are properly positioned and fed into the machine for consistent production Load fiberglass laps, liners, and other components into automated machinery Monitor machines as they pull materials together to form finished duct products Conduct quality inspections, reporting defects or inconsistencies Adjust machinery settings as needed for optimal performance Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Assemble boxes, pack, label, tag, and place finished products on skids Ensure proper labeling and packaging of all finished goods Keep work area clean and organized Perform other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For:

High School Diploma or GED required Prior experience with hands on product fabrication, including material processing and finishing Ability to read blueprints and operate precision measuring instruments is a plus Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Must be safety and quality-conscious Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
