Weekly Pay Temp-to-Hire Opportunity Full-Time Hours Stable Work Environment Opportunity for Career Growth Job Summary As a Compounder, you will be responsible for accurately preparing and mixing wax compounds while maintaining production quality, efficiency, and inventory accuracy. Responsibilities Follow batch sheets, formulas, and standard operating procedures accurately Measure and prepare materials for production Mix and combine components in tanks to support production lines Maintain accurate production and inventory records Track fragrances and other raw materials used during production Work closely with supervisors to meet daily production goals Ensure all paperwork is completed thoroughly and accurately Maintain a clean and safe work environment Qualifications Previous chemical compounding, batching, mixing, or manufacturing experience preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to follow written instructions and formulas Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Masis Staffing is committed to providing a workplace free of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
