To Crush This Job Prior operator experience is preferred but not required Demonstrated longevity in previous roles Your Role on the Floor As a Weld Machine Operator, you will operate welding machines, handle wire spools, and manage the bagging, labeling, and packaging of products. This role requires using a staple gun and stacking items onto skids. Due to the nature of the work, including handling 50 lb wire spools, the job is physically demanding and repetitive, often in a hot and sometimes dirty environment. You may also have opportunities to cross-train on drawbenches, which shape flat steel into tubular forms. Additional duties include monitoring machine performance, adding flux (powder lube), conducting quality checks, butt welding wire, and restringing machines if necessary. Your Rewards.
