Kickstart your journey with 30 days of hands-on training during the first shift. Desired Skills Proficiency in decimal-fraction conversions. Ability to read a tape measure to 1/16". Computer literacy. Competence in using micrometers and calipers. Self-motivated with strong initiative and communication skills. Reliable attendance and a cooperative, safety-oriented mindset. Keen attention to detail and a focus on production. Commitment to enhancing job-related knowledge and skills. Requirements Ability to stand, climb, and bend for extended periods.
