Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Embroidery Machine Operator to join our first shift production team. This role is responsible for operating commercial embroidery equipment, maintaining production quality, and helping ensure customer orders are completed accurately and on schedule. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in producing high-quality work in a fast-paced production environment. Key Responsibilities Operate and maintain commercial embroidery machines (Tajima, Barudan, or similar) Hoop, load, thread, and prepare garments and products for embroidery production Set up embroidery jobs and monitor machine performance during production runs Inspect finished items to ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency Troubleshoot minor machine issues and perform routine maintenance, including cleaning, threading, and tension adjustments Maintain organized work areas and follow production schedules Work closely with the production team to meet daily deadlines and customer expectations Assist with additional production tasks as needed Qualifications Previous embroidery machine experience preferred (training available for the right candidate) Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills Dependable attendance and reliability Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move production materials as needed Willingness to learn and grow within the company What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Stable full-time, first shift schedule On-the-job training and advancement opportunities Supportive and team-oriented work environment Employee discounts on apparel and promotional products Benefits package available, including: 401(k) 401(k) matching Paid time off (PTO) Employee discounts
