Job Description

  • Job Description:
  • The Extrusion Press Operator will be responsible for the process of applying coating to drawn and cut steel wire.
  • Essential Functions
  • :•+ Candidatemust be able to learn all aspects of the extrusion and baking process.
+ This person must be mechanically inclined and willing toutilizethese skills toenhancethe value of the team. + Perform required quality checks + Complete machine setup/changeover promptly + Input data accurately intoRoutecard
  • Qualifications
  • + Able to stand forlong periodsoftime + Mustbe able to work well with others. + Besafety consciousand have a "safety first" attitude. + Obtain a forklift license and be physically capable ofsafelyoperatingthe forklift + Must be willing to cross-train in other areas. + Press Operator experience preferred. + Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and climbladders + Computer experiencepreferred.
