Machine Operator

Job Title:

CNC Machine Operator Job Description We are seeking skilled individuals to set up and operate a custom Haas CNC plastic injection mold machine. The primary task involves cutting long tubes of plastic into small rings while ensuring high-quality standards through regular checks with digital gauges. This role also requires changing out fixtures as necessary. Responsibilities Set up and operate Haas CNC plastic injection mold machine. Perform quality checks using digital gauges. Change fixtures as needed to maintain operation standards. Support Auto Press area during first shift. Operate Form Press, IMM, and Mazak/EMCO during second shift. Essential Skills Previous experience with CNC operation in a manufacturing setting. Ability to perform quality checks using micrometers, calipers, and digital gauges. Comfortable with CNC setup and injection mold processes. Additional Skills & Qualifications Mechanical aptitude. Experience in inspection and manufacturing settings. Why Work Here? Shift hours are as follows:

1st shift from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, 2nd shift from 3:30 PM to 11:30 PM with a $1.00 shift differential, and 3rd shift from 11:30 PM to 1:30 AM with a $2.00 shift differential. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Troy, OH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.16 - $19.16/hr.
