What You'll Need Previous machine operation experience required; CNC experience preferred Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities Experience working in a quality-focused manufacturing environment preferred Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work Strong understanding of workplace safety practices and procedures Reliable attendance and proven dependability required Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and grow within the role Able to lift up to 40 lbs Day-to-Day Responsibilities Fire up and run machines to keep the line moving smooth Watch for problems, troubleshoot quick, and keep production on track Check quality and make sure every product meets the mark Handle setups, adjustments, and minor repairs when needed Work safe, work steady, and keep the floor running strong
