What You'll Need Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred Familiarity with quality control standards and inspection procedures Resourceful, organized, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Reliable attendance and punctuality required Ability to stand for up to 8 hours and lift 35-40 lbs. regularly Ability to work independently and as part of a team Day-to-Day Responsibilities Operate and set up manufacturing equipment, including injection presses, CNC machines, and lathe-type machinery Perform routine quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications and quality standards Use hand and pneumatic tools, including ratchets and wrenches, as needed during production Monitor machine performance and report equipment or quality issues promptly Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area Support production goals and continuous improvement initiatives Follow all company safety, quality, and operational procedures
