Requirements:

Previous machine operator, manufacturing, or production experience preferred Ability to operate and monitor slitting and coating machinery safely and efficiently Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift Strong attention to detail and quality control standards Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks in a production environment Ability to follow production schedules, work instructions, and safety procedures Steel-toe boots required Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Job Duties:

Set up, operate, and maintain slitting machines used to cut large rolls of material into narrower strips Operate coating machines and monitor production processes Load and unload raw materials and finished products from machinery Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications and production standards Monitor machine performance and report equipment issues as needed Handle and process various paper and coated material products Maintain accurate production flow and meet daily output goals Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe Follow all company safety and manufacturing procedures
