Job Description

Position Summary The DC 1st Helper operates the machine to cut out parts of specified size and shape. This position also delivers on our core focus of: The answer is yes. Be a solutions provider While building on our core values of: Help 1st Take ownership Do the right thing Expect excellence Essential Duties and Responsibilities Examines work order to determine work instructions Setup, operating and quality of the Die Cutter Places single or multiple layers of material on bed of machine Positions one or more cutting dies on material or clamps dies to head od machine and positions material under dies to ensure maximum utilization of material Removes cut parts from die or bed of machine Measures parts with ruler or compares parts with standard to verify conformance to specifications Stacks parts in storage area according to size and shape Inspects completed work Ability to work in excess of 40 hours, as business needs arise Regular and reliable attendance Any other task or duty that is deemed necessary by management.
