Duties Assemble components and products using hand tools, power tools, and mechanical knowledge to ensure quality standards are met. Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely to move materials and finished goods within the manufacturing facility. Follow detailed work instructions and assembly procedures to maintain consistency across production runs. Conduct quality checks during assembly processes to identify defects or issues early, ensuring only top-tier products proceed down the line. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Assist with inventory management by accurately tracking parts and materials used in assembly. Collaborate with team members on the assembly line to meet production goals efficiently. Requirements Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience is a plus. Mechanical knowledge or experience with hand tools, power tools, and assembly line operations is essential. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks with precision. Strong attention to detail with excellent manual dexterity for handling small parts and components. Good communication skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately.
