We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Pallet Machine Operator to join our team. In this role, you will operate pallet-making machinery, inspect finished products, and ensure production goals are met safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor pallet manufacturing machines Load raw materials and remove completed pallets Inspect pallets for quality and accuracy Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines Record production data as required

Requirements:

Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting preferred Ability to operate machinery and use basic tools Must be able to lift to 50 lbs and stand for long periods Strong attention to detail and quality Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team
