What You'll Do Operate and monitor high-speed food processing and packaging equipment Inspect equipment before and after runs; document checks digitally Adjust machinery to ensure product quality and consistency Perform quality checks, bake-offs, and record production data Troubleshoot equipment issues and partner with Maintenance Complete changeovers, cleaning, and sanitation between runs Follow all food safety, quality (SQF), and safety procedures What We're Looking For Experience in food manufacturing or production (preferred, not required) Ability to follow safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods Willingness to learn new systems (SAP/CMMS experience a plus) What You Get $19.00/hour + competitive benefits 401(k) with generous company match Medical, Dental, Vision, Supplemental Life Insurance Company Paid Life Insurance Paid Time Off Brand-new, clean, high-tech facility Career advancement opportunities Onsite Fitness Center & EV charging stations
