Hour Schedule:
Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM Are you someone who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in accuracy and quality? We are seeking a dependable Light Assembly Associate to join a growing team in Willoughby. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to work in a clean, fast-paced manufacturing environment with steady first-shift hours.
Responsibilities:
Perform light assembly of parts and fittings Cap and crimp fittings accurately and efficiently Inspect products for quality and consistency Follow work instructions and production standards Maintain a clean and organized work area Support production goals and teamwork throughout the shift
Qualifications:
Previous assembly, manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience preferred Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination Ability to work with small parts and repetitive tasks Dependable with a strong work ethic Ability to stand throughout the shift This is a great opportunity for candidates with experience in assembly, packaging, production, retail, or fast-paced environments who enjoy working with their hands and being part of a team.
