Job Description

Associate Machine Operator Pay Rate:
Up to $21.00/hour, depending on experience.
Work Location:
Onsite•Duncan, OK 73533
Work Schedule:
6:00 am•4:30 pm | Monday•Thursday | Friday/Saturday |
Flexible Overtime Duration:
3-month contract with a high possibility of extension and/or conversion based on performance and other factors. Raise is currently hiring an Associate Machine Operator on behalf of our client. They're expanding their team to meet growing needs, making this a unique opportunity to work with an industry leader.
Responsibilities:
Sets up, adjusts, and operates a variety of machine tools which may include numerical control/computerized numeric control lathes, mills, drills, computerized numerical control/numerical control and/or manual machines. May be required to read blueprints, perform varying levels of shop mathematics associated with machining operations, and perform inspection procedures to verify work.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required. Skills typically acquired through 1-2 years related machining experience. Skilled in the operation of both Mills and Lathes. Experienced in reading and interpreting blueprints with a strong command of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing). Expert in using high-precision tools to maintain tight tolerances. Focused on accuracy and quality control throughout the manufacturing process.

Mills (Niigata, G&L Boring Mill, Trevisan, DMG Mori) Lathes (Okuma, DMG Mori, Mazak) VEVRAA Federal Contractor•priority referral of Protected Veterans requested.
