Temp Overseeing the Foam Saturation manufacturing operations Ensuring that the daily production schedule is adhered to and all daily objectives are met. Able to train employees on proper company policies and procedures to ensure procedures and compliance requirements are met. Oversee all machine-specific functions such as configuring the equipment, loading and operating the machines, and optimizing the machine capability to ensure that the machine works at its full capacity. Calibrate the machine before the production begins. Monitor and control the machine performance and settings. Maintaining QA and inventory records for saturation department. Work in a team environment, be quality conscious and strive for continuous quality improvement with emphasis with Lean and 5s principles. Perform or oversee product testing to ensure that materials meet the loading and quality standards as outlined in the "Work Instruction" documents. Maintain environmental, health and safety standards as outlined by our EHS department. Coordinate daily preventative maintenance tasks, and perform timely quality checks. Work with maintenance staff to optimize performance and ensure reliability
