Role Overview:
The material handler/operator role is part of a team that is responsible for mailing all customer correspondence including billing, claim checks, company letters, and new policies. The role requires accuracy in assembling every mailing package/envelope with the exact components that are assigned to it. Assembling packages/envelopes can be by hand assembly or by operating a mail inserter machine, and both require confirmation of balancing to the exact pieces that were expected.
