Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Hand Packaging Associates to join our growing medical marijuana production team. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in their work, value attendance and reliability, and are looking for long-term career growth in a fast-growing industry. You will be responsible for preparing, packaging, and labeling medical marijuana products for internal inventory and distribution to customers while maintaining strict compliance with Oklahoma regulations. Key Responsibilities Hand package cannabis products accurately and efficiently Prep products for internal stock and customer distribution Apply labels and ensure all packaging meets compliance standards Perform quality control checks on finished products Follow company processes and standard operating procedures Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment Meet daily production goals while maintaining accuracy Work cooperatively with team members and supervisors Follow all OMMA and METRC compliance procedures Requirements Must pass a background check Must be OMMA credentialed or willing to obtain credentials upon hire Reliable transportation and consistent attendance are required Strong attention to detail and positive attitude Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Prior cannabis industry experience is welcome but not required Pay & Benefits $14 per hour Insurance benefits available after 60 days PTO accrual begins on your first day of work (usable after 60 days) On-the-job training provided Growth Opportunities Employees demonstrating excellent attendance, work ethic, and performance may advance into higher-level roles with pay increases upon successful completion of training , including:
