In this vital role, you will be responsible for assembling, packaging, and ensuring the smooth operation of manufacturing processes in compliance with industry standards and regulations. This position offers an engaging environment where your mechanical knowledge, hands-on skills, and commitment to quality will make a tangible impact every day. Duties Operate manufacturing equipment, including programmable logic controllers (PLCs), to facilitate efficient production cycles. Assemble products accurately using hand tools and mechanical knowledge, ensuring adherence to quality standards. Package finished goods securely according to specified procedures, maintaining consistency and safety. Follow FDA regulations and current Good Manufacturing Practices (CGMP) to ensure compliance with health and safety standards. Conduct routine inspections of machinery and packaging lines to identify issues early and perform basic troubleshooting. Maintain detailed records of production activities, including batch documentation and quality checks. Qualifications Experience in preroll and cannabis packing. Proven mechanical knowledge with experience operating hand tools and machinery in a manufacturing environment. Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and basic automation systems. Knowledge of FDA regulations, CGMP standards, and packaging protocols relevant to manufacturing industries. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow precise instructions and safety procedures. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards. Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving and continuous improvement.
