Temp-to-Hire Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Lacing Technician to join a manufacturing team in Tulsa. This position plays an important role in the assembly of industrial heat exchanger components by securing and assembling finned tube bundles, support structures, and related hardware. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, experience using hand tools, and the ability to work from blueprints and assembly drawings. Essential Job Responsibilities Assemble heat exchanger coil sections, tube bundles, and related components Install support rods, spacers, clips, brackets, and assembly hardware Read and interpret blueprints, assembly drawings, and work instructions Verify proper alignment, spacing, and fit-up of components Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment safely and effectively Perform visual inspections and quality checks throughout the assembly process Maintain production standards while ensuring quality workmanship Follow all safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines Keep work areas clean, organized, and production-ready Assist with other manufacturing and assembly duties as assigned Required Experience & Skills Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, or mechanical experience preferred Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work with hand tools Ability to read tape measures and basic manufacturing drawings Experience following detailed assembly instructions Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as required Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach throughout the shift Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed Ability to work in a manufacturing environment around production equipment Ability to perform repetitive assembly tasks while maintaining quality standards Why Join Us?
